Mission

To advance literacy within the Kansas City metropolitan area through direct services, advocacy, and collaboration.

“I used to have to ask my neighbor for help when I couldn’t read something. It’s always fun to learn. If I meet someone who can’t read or spell, I tell them to come here whether they want to learn to read, write, spell, improve math, or study for their high school diploma.”
