Literacy KC High School Equivalency Program Orientation Schedule Summer/Fall 2021

Literacy KC is hosting Student Orientations for our High School Equivalency Program classes for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. 

Orientation requirements:

• Students must be a Missouri resident.
• Complete an orientation session (must attend all 3 days)
  • Each orientation session is a 3-day process: includes placement tests, enrollment paperwork, etc. 
  • Orientation Sessions are a 3-day process – students must attend 3 days to be enrolled.
  • Students need to be on time or they may miss out on seat space.
  • Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may be referred to future enrollment sessions
• Students must be 16 years or older. 
  • Sixteen-year-olds must provide:
    • Official transcript showing 16 credit hours completed.
    • Drop letter from the last school attended
    • If homeschooled, provide verification of 1000 hours of instruction.
• Students must bring masks and follow COVID-10 guidelines set by each location.
