Mark your calendar for our 2nd Annual Beyond Words Breakfast on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at The Offices at Park 39, where doors will open at 7:30 AM. We promise to bring you a morning of inspiration and empowerment, offering you the chance to witness the direct impact of your support through a special student showcase.

Cornhole Tournament

Join us on June 24, 2025 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at KC Bier Co. for an exciting event filled with friendly competition, bier, and plenty of fun.

Not only will you have a blast playing cornhole led by the cornhole masters, KC Crew, but you’ll also be supporting Literacy KC, a non-profit organization working to help improve the lives of adult learners in the Kansas City Metro through education. Through KC Bier Co. Drink to Donate, $1 will be donated for every full bier poured, helping us make a difference in supporting our programming while you enjoy your favorite drinks.

Literacy KC Classic

Join us for the 4th Annual Literacy KC Classic on October 4, 2025! Teams of 5 will test their skill on a mini-golf course throughout KC Live! in Kansas City’s Power & Light District. Guests will enjoy food & drinks during their round, live music, a silent auction, signature cocktails, and awards & prizes!
