Literacy KC’s volunteers are part of the very fabric of our organization. From tutoring in HiSET or ESL classes and modeling best practices in our family reading program, to making the everyday at our offices go smoothly– volunteers add so much value to our programs.
Perhaps the most impactful way our volunteers contribute to our students’ success, is through the community of mentorship, acceptance, celebration, and encouragement they help build, and in which our students thrive.
